- Prepare the Item for Return
Ensure the product is unused, in its original condition, and securely packaged to prevent damages.
- Shipping the Return
Returns must be sent to our physical address at:
Gallop House, Hasler Lane, Great Dunmow, Essex, CM6 1XS, United Kingdom.
Note: The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
